Flexibility is a driving factor in the design of the Investor Analytics system. We built in the ability to customize report structure, report views, user access, and preferences. Clients decide which reports, analytics, and data each user can access, which facilitates optimal use internally and with your investors.

The report structure represents the hierarchy of your portfolio. Whether you choose to see the reports based on asset class, investment style, sector, currency, or any other category, there is no preset limit to the number of categories in any level, or to the number of levels. In fact, many clients choose to have different reporting structures set up for the same portfolio in order to view the portfolio from different perspectives.
IA's analyses are reported for all the levels in a report structure. This means that the analyses are done considering each grouping on its own as well as in the context of the total portfolio. As a result, we report quantities such as risk, returns, and exposure as well as betas and correlations to market indices at all levels in the reporting structure.

Because every client thinks about their data differently, IA provides a set of standard screens and reports that users can customize. IA enables every user to personally configure each report's look and feel by choosing the set and order of columns viewed in each report, the time period for which the data is reported, and the levels of the multidimensional drill-down structure displayed. Clients tailor reports for their marketing, client service, risk management, and portfolio management functions. With one-click downloads, materials can be easily included in your firm's marketing materials. The number of reports that can be created is unlimited, putting the full flexibility of the system in your hands.

Meeting investor demand for transparency is easy with Investor Analytics. IA is able to provide limited access to anyone authorized by the FoF, be that person an investor, a member of upper management or a potential business partner. We can limit individual users to any level within the structure set up by the FoF. For instance, investors may be able to see summary risk and return information and a breakdown by strategy, but not by manager nor down to the individual instrument level.

IA offers private labeling of our Client Access site. Our private labeling for clients includes client logos and other graphics, color palettes, fonts, and client-provided legal disclaimers or other explanatory text. Some of our clients provide their investors with access to their private labeled
Investor Analytics Client Access site directly through their corporate Web page so that their investors' experience is seamless.
