Damian has over 15 years' experience in the risk management industry, having consulted to many of Wall Street's largest asset managers on risk management, Internet-based reporting and data management in the mid-1990's. In 1999, Damian co-founded Investor Analytics to provide risk management services to the alternatives industry and was named Chairman & CEO in 2006.
Damian is regularly invited to speak at leading industry conferences, has been featured on the cover of Risk Professional magazine, has had articles published in several prominent investment management publications, and is a regular guest on the London based hedge fund radio program "The N@ked Short Club." He has been a vocal advocate of incorporating advancements from other disciplines to improve Risk Management in the investment industry – lessons from Evolution, Cognitive Science, Complexity Theory and Behavioral Economics all play a significant role in his view of the future of our understanding of economics, markets and risk.
Damian's background is in advanced technology applications, numerical simulations and mathematical modeling. Damian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his doctorate in nuclear physics while working at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory at Michigan State University.
Brett and his team are responsible for the Client Service, Onboarding, Operations and Support of the IA client base. Prior to joining IA in 2011, Brett held the roles of Global Head of Collateral and Treasury Operations Change at UBS AG Investment. Brett was responsible for process and technology improvements at UBS and for driving large-scale Investment Bank strategic initiatives with a focus on improved client service. Prior to UBS, Brett managed North American Client Services and Project Management at Algorithmics (now IBM), Inc., a supplier of Enterprise Risk Solutions. Brett holds a B.s. in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.

Sherry has over 10 years' experience in client services. She especially enjoys the opportunity to both teach and learn from her clients and colleagues in the risk management industry. Before joining Investor Analytics in January 2000, Sherry was a manager at the Exeter Group, where she advised institutional clients on technical and business issues including compliance with federal reporting requirements as well as project, systems, and data management. She has also held positions analyzing tax policy at the Barents Group of KPMG Consulting and as the coordinator of educational software for Michigan State University. She has experience in technology and project management, financial and statistical analysis, and is published in scientific peer-reviewed journals. Sherry received her undergraduate degree in physics from Carleton College and her Master's in public policy from the University of Michigan.
Prior to joining IA, Andrew was the founder and President of the Ravensfield Digital Resource Group, Ltd., a data management and software development firm. Previously, he was an analyst for Hull & Associates, Inc., and provided network design, software authoring, and IT/GIS services. His extensive experience includes database design and implementation, software architecture, and computer/network systems architecture. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Ohio University.

Michael and his team are responsible for customer creation and for developing strategic business partnerships that provide value to IA's clients. Prior to joining IA, Michael was Managing Director & Vice President of Sales at Cogency Software, a provider of technology solutions to the hedge fund industry that specializes in accounting for Funds of Hedge Funds. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President & Managing Director at SunGard Treasury Systems, a supplier of Internet and Intranet treasury and risk management solutions where he was responsible for sales, professional services and client services for North and South America. Michael's additional responsibilities included setting and executing global business strategy and achieving financial objectives. Michael is a graduate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he received a B.S. in Management and played for the NCAA Division I Champion RPI Engineers.
Before joining IA in 2004, Adam was a technical staff member at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he developed cutting edge radar target tracking tools and simulation software. He has extensive experience in financial modeling techniques, time series analysis, and software design and development.
Adam received his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania and his Master's in Financial Engineering from Columbia University.
